New OABA Member Novus Ag Opens for Business

There is a new business in the area serving farmers with their crop input needs. Novus Ag will provide growers in Ohio and southern Michigan with agronomic advice, fertilizer, crop protection and seed. The company opened for business on Sept. 1 and is based out of Milford Center, Ohio.

Novus Ag was founded by four seasoned professionals of the ag retail industry. Brad Rivers, Doug Hasting, Brian Higgins and Candyce Schultz have held senior management positions and have generated best-in-class results in some of America’s top ag companies.

“Our mission at Novus Ag is to provide growers with the best agronomic recommendations and timely information to manage their business more effectively,” Rivers said. “Our success will be measured by our growers’ success.”
