How has your company changed over the years? Stratovation Group is a rapidly growing company, and trying to find new and creative ways to help connect those in the industry. We started with a focus in agriculture, which we retain, but have expanded to supporting membership organizations and startups in other sectors, including technology, sustainability and public policy advocacy. With the addition of several key staff, we have expanded our core stack of services.

How do you see your company growing in the future? Stratovation Group envisions a future state that builds on its current strengths. People. Passion. And Problem-solving. Our company will continue to focus our work on the intersection of strategy and innovation, and we expect to add additional staff as the year progresses.

Interesting tidbits about your business: Stratovation Group is able to offer our clients a comprehensive set of services, ranging from research to a full slate of agency services, that many larger firms with greater overhead are challenged to provide. We have engaged in smart growth to add personnel who bring talent in needed areas along with established business networks. Most recently, we released results of ground-breaking research that analyzed farmer sentiments around the use of agricultural biologicals, perhaps the fastest growing sector of crop inputs in the farming sector.

How has OABA helped your business or the agribusiness industry? Our work is all about networking and building relationships with companies who would benefit from our offered services. OABA is valuable as an advocate for companies involved in agriculture and the connections you offer are invaluable as we develop our young but thriving business. OABA also helps provide opportunities for younger folks in our industry which we greatly appreciate.
