OABA Reports Passing of Belinda Jones, Former OABA Government Relations Associate

OABA is saddened to report the passing of Belinda Jones, former government relations associate for OABA. 

“Belinda was a member of the OABA family for several years as our lobbyist and self proclaimed cheerleader. Anyone who had the opportunity to spend a bit of time with her felt her energy and compassion," said Chris Henney, OABA President and CEO. "She will be missed by many and our hearts go out to her family and many friends.”

During her thirty plus years in and around the Statehouse, Belinda built a career on her sterling reputation as a hardworking and smart advocate. Belinda was incredibly dedicated to her clients and went well above and beyond what was necessary. In many cases, she developed close personal friendships with her clients that lasted long after their professional relationship had concluded.
