GEAPS Media Group (GMG), a subsidiary of the Grain Elevator and Processing Society (GEAPS), on April 1 announced Glen Gudino as president. He succeeds Mark Avery, who moves to the newly created role of executive vice president-industry relations.
Gudino, who joined GMG in October as vice president of sales and strategy, has more than 30 years of sales and publishing experience.
Prior to joining GMG, he served as group publisher for BNP Media’s Packaging, Printing, and Converting division. Gudino also served previously as president and CEO of Applied Technology Media and associate publisher and strategic account manager for Summit Media Group.
According to GEAPS Interim Executive Director Julia Kloehn, “We have enjoyed working with Glen since he first joined GMG last fall. We also are so fortunate to be able to retain Mark's expertise and the relationships he has built over the decades in a new role, while also welcoming Glen as president.
“Mark built a solid foundation; I have faith Glen will help us thrive,” she adds. “We are excited to work with Glen and the entire GMG team to serve GEAPS members, industry readers, and advertisers.”
