February 2 - Communicating to be Understood (online)

How we communicate with each other, whether it is a co-worker or spouse, can make or break a relationship. February 3 - CliftonStrengths (online)

As a leader it is important to know your talents, with this workshop you’ll find out the top 5 strengths you bring to the table. You will also learn how to maximize your strengths and gain a better understanding of yourself. February 10 - Leadership Institute (online)

Join Jeff King on February 10th for the first session of a two session online workshop. The Leadership Institute workshops will help you understand and apply the dynamics of emotional intelligence to increase your capacity as a leader, manager, and coach. February 17 - Resilient Leadership (online)

The pandemic taught us all something about resilience, but there is still more to learn with this workshop you will learn strategies for building resilience, discuss past history of being resilient, and develop new ways to be resilient. February 24 - Team Dynamics (online)

Dynamic teams are vital to the success of the organization, it signifies that the employees are working towards a shared vision. So many teams struggle to overcome challenges that may keep them from achieving these share goals.
