Are you ready to FOCUS on the future of the agriculture industry? The theme of this year's OABA Industry Conference is Focus 2020. In an ever-changing business landscape, this year’s conference will look forward into 2020 and beyond to the opportunities and challenges on the horizon, guided by the industry’s leading experts. The 2020 Industry Conference will be held January 29-31 at the Columbus Renaissance Westerville. 

The 2020 Industry Conference boast an outstanding line-up of speakers, including Shirley Brooks-Jones as the Industry Dinner speaker. Two conference enhancements are available to attendees this year: the Safety & Risk Management Pre-event Day on January 29 and the AMP'T leadership program on January 31. Exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities are available to companies for added promotional opportunity in 2020.

Safety & Risk Management 

This year’s conference will expand upon the success of previous years through the addition of a new Safety & Risk Management program. Held on January 29 and open to all conference attendees, this pre-event day offers a deep dive into all aspects of safety and risk management – topics that impact all levels of agribusiness. Please indicate participation in the Safety & Risk Management program when registering. 


Once again, OABA is offering advanced leadership training during the 2020 Industry Conference through the Advancing Modern Professionals for Tomorrow Program. Building on the principles of the LAUNCH program, but open to all OABA members, the AMP'T program will help prepare emerging leaders to take the next step in their professional careers. This year, the AMP'T Program will be held in conjunction with the 2020 Industry Conference on January 31, featuring presenters Jim Canterucci and Marlene Eick.
