To kick off the new Women Leading in Ohio Agribusiness program, OABA is hosting a three session webinar series this fall. The final webinar, "When “He” Doesn’t Want to Work with a Woman, a panel discussion," will be held on November 10. Panelists are: Tina Lust, Lust Seed Sales & Service; Megan Provost, RISE (Responsible Industry for a Sound Environment); and Amanda Stacy-Hartman, Speedway LLC. Register now to save your seat! 

The new program offers professional development, networking opportunities and more to OABA’s female leaders. Women new or seasoned in the industry are invited and encouraged to participate and share with one another. The fall webinar sessions are $75 each or $150 for the series. Participants will receive links to the webinar recordings to view after the event.

When “He” Doesn’t Want to Work with a Woman, a panel discussion

In any industry, there will always be “those people” who don’t play well with others. In this panel discussion, hear from women in the trenches who share real-world tactics on navigating a professional relationship with someone who might not want to work with you.
