OABA Welcomes 2018 Summer Intern Mary Buehler

Mary Buehler is the 2018 summer student intern for the Ohio AgriBusiness Association. She will provide support to OABA’s membership, events, policy and other key efforts and began in May 2018.

Mary is originally from Anna, Ohio and is currently a third-year Agribusiness and Applied Economics student at The Ohio State University. On Campus, Mary is an active member of Alpha Zeta Partners Honorary Agricultural Fraternity, Bucket and Dipper Junior Class Honorary, and is a College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences Ambassador. Here expected graduation is fall of 2020.

Prior to interning with OABA, Mary interned with the United States Department of Agriculture, Office of Congressional Relations where she gained experience in policy making and government operations. She previously served as the State President and Vice President for the Ohio FFA Association. During those two years of service, Mary facilitated workshops to further develop students’ leadership and career success and advocated for agricultural education.
