Central Ohio Farmers Co-op in Prospect, Ohio
Central Ohio Farmers Co-op, Inc. has a Branch Manager opportunity located in Prospect Ohio, due to a pending retirement. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in both operations of a feed mill, understanding recipes/rations and grain facility operations.
Position Objective
- Direct, promote, and coordinate operations in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s market share and savings
- Improve the cooperative’s efficiency
- Help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals
- Result in outstanding customer service Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving improved performance, customer relationships, plant asset utilization, and positive employee relations.
- The ability to lead and coach employees while promoting a safe working environment is required.
- Developing and increasing the customer base and relations will be imperative to the success of this candidate.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or related field
- Minimum of 10 years feed and custom-mixing experience
- Minimum of 10 years grain experience
- Minimum of 10 years management experience
