Agronomy Operations Manager
CHS Member Cooperative in North Eastern Indiana
Are you ready for a career advancement opportunity? This Agronomy Operations Manager role may be a fit for you. Located in northeastern Indiana, a short drive from Fort Wayne, a CHS Member Cooperative is hiring an Agronomy Operations Manager.
We’re seeking a team player, someone who has had previous success in agricultural sales and ready to lead an Ag retail branch and team. This role will have 5 direct reports, will budget for the facility, lead safety efforts and partner with the agronomy team in sales and customer service.
Additional duties include:
- Responsible for operating the Agronomy locations operations.
- Dispatch custom application equipment and tenders, oversee maintenance.
- Serve as a liaison between suppliers, vendors, and distributors.
- Maintain all records required by OSHA safety procedures.
